· This voucher is not exchangeable, refundable or transferrable for DUO Points, cash or kinds in all cases.

· Unless otherwise stated, voucher is valid for 6 months from the month of redemption.

· This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.

· This voucher is subjected to each subsidiary`s own terms and conditions.

· Only one voucher is permitted per use, per invoice, in one day.

· This voucher is NOT applicable to accident repair jobs.

· This voucher can only be used for the vehicle registered under member’s name.

· Please make your service appointment or check avaibility of the parts and accessories before your visit.

1) Merchandise and car care products are available for self-collection at the Nissan Service Customer Lounge, Level 2, 25 Leng Kee Road, Singapore 159097 in the next 24 hours after your redemption. Self-collection is available Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM (excluding Public Holidays). For assistance, please email sg_enquiry@duorewards.com.
2) Redemption is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
